Pregnancy is an exciting, beautiful and joyful time but can also bring some uncertainty, stress and even anxiety. From the physical changes to the emotional rollercoaster of hormones, pregnancy can bring up many unexpected challenges.
A massage during pregnancy has many benefits, such as decreases stress hormones and lowers anxiety, makes the mother more in tune with her body, allows time out from a busy schedule, improves relaxation and sleep, reduces leg pain, joint pain, headaches and back pain, reduces muscle tension, helps to keep blood pressure balanced, aids lymphatic drainage and improves circulation and oxygenation of the soft tissues. Many of those benefits apply to the foetus.

Our pregnancy massage is suitable for all expectant mothers starting their second trimester. We cannot treat expectant mothers during their first trimester.
